masana.care account removal procedure
To remove your account and all associated information, you can :
On the app
Use the “Delete my account” button from the “my account” menu in the application.
Send an email
Or email info@masana.care with the subject "Account Deletion Request”. In the body of the email, please include the following information:
+ Your username
+ Phone number associated with the account
+ Motivation of your account deletion request.
We will process your request within 48 business hours of receiving your email. We will send you a confirmation as soon as the account deletion process is underway. A short message may be sent to the provided phone number to confirm account deletion.
Please note that the deletion of your account will involve the following steps :

1. Anonymization of Personal Identification Data: Within the next 60 days, we will initiate the process of anonymizing your personal identification data, ensuring that any personally identifiable information is removed from our systems. This step is in accordance with our commitment to safeguard your privacy.
2. Retention of Medical Data: While your account will be deleted and no longer associated with your personal information, we are required by regulatory standards to retain medical data for a specific duration. Therefore, any medical data that is no longer linked to your account will be securely stored for a period of 30 years. This retention period ensures that we can meet our obligations to maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
